Designation : Machine Service Engineer

Education : Diploma / BE / BTech (Electronics / Electricals / Mechatronics / Mechanical)

Experience : 3 to 6 years

Salary : 5 to 7 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and test new CNC machines (Sheet Metal Processing, Metal Cutting & Metal Forming Machines) & Troubleshooting.
• Ensure machinery is properly aligned, calibrated, and operational according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance checks / visits on machinery to ensure optimal performance and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues with machinery and equipment.
• Perform repairs or coordinate with specialized technicians as needed to resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve problems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service.
• Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventory.
• Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during service activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
