Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent breakdowns.
Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
Report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations strictly.
Maintain accurate records of machine operations and production output.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
Ability to work in shifts and handle physical demands of the job.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
