Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Water Plant Machine Operator located in Gurugram. The Water Plant Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in water production and bottling. Daily tasks include monitoring and adjusting machine settings, conducting routine maintenance, ensuring the production process adheres to safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. The role requires regular inspections of equipment and compliance with safety protocols to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.

• PET Bottle Blowing Machine – Ajit PET 7002
• Filling Machine – DP Sharma HBM
• Labelling Machine – DP Sharma HBM

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and technical skills, including operating and maintaining machinery
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in manufacturing or water production processes
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address equipment malfunctions effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure precision in machine operation and product quality
• Ability to perform routine maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition
• Basic understanding of water treatment processes (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
