Job Title: Machine Operator – Pharma Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing machines such as tablet press, blister packing, capsule filling, and coating machines.
• Set up machines before production and adjust settings during operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any deviations or malfunctions.
• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and documentation as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards during production.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines as per SOPs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
• Follow all regulatory, company, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / D.Pharm or equivalent qualification.
• 1–4 years of experience in operating machines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and pharma production processes.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with compression, granulation, coating, or packing lines.
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and other pharma compliance standards.
• Ability to handle documentation and batch processing records.

Salary:

As per industry standards (commensurate with experience and skill level).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,838.49 - ₹30,000.00 per month
