Operate and monitor tyre manufacturing machines (mixing, extrusion, tyre building, curing, and finishing).
Load raw materials, compounds, and components as per production requirements.
Adjust machine settings to maintain proper speed, pressure, and temperature during operations.
Inspect tyres at different stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance checks and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
Maintain accurate production logs, machine records, and downtime reports.
Follow safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve process or equipment issues.
Adhere to production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets.
Report any non-conformance, defects, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
