Machine Learning Engineer

Experience Range 5 to 15 years What You'll be doing: Developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models Plan and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources effectively, and ensure project timelines are met Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in developing their machine learning skills and capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning, recommend and implement new technologies as needed Continuously improve team processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates on project progress, and address any challenges or issues that may arise. Requirements: Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. - Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred. 5+ years' experience working in a ML Engineering role with proven track record of delivering high-impact ML solutions Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques Experience working with Python, R and other open-source software with data science libraries Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end project delivery while maintaining transparent communication Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
