Role Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

   Operate and maintain ice cream machines, including mixing, freezing, and packaging equipment.

2. Recipe Management:

   Follow recipes and formulas to produce high-quality ice cream products.

3. Ingredient Handling:

   Measure, mix, and handle ingredients such as cream, sugar, and flavorings.

4. Quality Control:

   Monitor product quality, texture, and consistency to ensure it meets established standards.

5. Cleaning and Sanitation:

   Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas to uphold a safe and healthy environment.

6. Production Planning:

   Plan and prioritize production tasks to meet demand and minimize waste.

7. Troubleshooting:

   Identify and resolve machine issues such as temperature fluctuations or mechanical problems.

8. Team Collaboration:

   Work with other production staff to achieve production goals and foster a positive work environment.

Work Environment:

1. Manufacturing Facility:

   Work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

2. Shift Work:

   Flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

• Up to ₹25,000 CTC Only

Qualifications:

• Skills in machine operation and machinery
• Preferred experience in the dairy industry (other industries not considered)
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in using hand tools
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
• Certification or training in machine operation is a plus
