Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online/On-Prem, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams). Manage and administer Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, DNS, ADFS, and AADC. Provide advanced support and lifecycle management for Citrix environments and virtual desktop infrastructure. Oversee endpoint management and deployment using SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Ensure integration and performance optimization of TrendMicro antivirus and other endpoint security tools. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to maintain secure, scalable, and resilient workplace infrastructure. Handle escalated incidents, problems, and change requests within agreed service levels. Maintain system documentation, procedures, and compliance with IT policies. Contribute to the development of automation, monitoring, and reporting for M365 and related platforms. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for workplace modernization initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in administering and supporting M365 and related technologies. Deep knowledge of: Microsoft 365: Exchange Online/On-Prem, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Directory Services: Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, AADC, DNS Endpoint Management: SCCM, Intune Virtualization: Citrix Security: TrendMicro or similar antivirus tools
