M3 Director - Business Strategy Head Consumer

As the M3 Director - Business Strategy Head for Consumer, your role involves developing a strategic plan to grow the personal business in a profitable and sustainable manner. This includes generating innovative ideas for business growth, creating projections for loan originations, and making decisions on segments, offers, price points, and targeting channels. You will directly own the portfolio and P&L of consumer partnerships and other cross-business functions. Your responsibilities also include overseeing sales functions, such as tele-calling, to ensure delivery on loan origination volumes. Collaboration with analytics and credit risk teams is essential to achieve profitable business outcomes by optimizing loan pricing and managing credit loss rates within acceptable benchmarks. Regular reviews of portfolio yields and risk metrics will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will work closely with Ops, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of growth initiatives.
