RBI/NBFC guidelines, corporate governance, trade finance, and arbitration.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Scenario-based advisory and risk Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts (vendor, client, financial, technology).
  • Structure agreements to mitigate risks while enabling business flexibility.
  • Lead arbitration and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Identify legal risks in new ventures, partnerships, and cross-border transactions.
  • Advise leadership on regulatory changes and their business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, NBFC and corporate law requirements.
  • Develop compliance frameworks for new business initiatives and trade finance platforms.
  • Partner with business heads, finance, product and operations to align legal strategy with business goals.
  • Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing legal team.
  • Drive a culture of compliance, integrity, and operational excellence.
