Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assemble and maintain HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) systems, including hardware integration and fault debugging.
Perform soldering activities for SMD and through-hole components on ECM, GCM, and test setups.
Design and develop harnesses as per requirements for ECM and GCM.
Handle instruments confidently and automate processes using measurement tools.
Carry out fixture wiring, test setup creation, and maintenance as per SOP during testing.
Create test setups and control panels for validation environments.
Execute manual, integration, functional, and regression testing.

Skills and Experience Required

Experience Range : 2 to 5 Years of experience of electronics hardware assembly and maintenance.
Qualification : Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication (E & TC) or equivalent
Proficiency in soldering SMD and through-hole components.
Experience in harness design and development.
Ability to work with measurement instruments and automate processes.
Familiarity with fixture wiring and test setup creation.
Understanding of validation environments and control panel creation.
Hands-on experience in manual, integration, functional, and regression testing.
