Luxury Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and personalized manner.
• Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and luxury shopping experiences.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling and after-sales service.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s luxury ambiance, including visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Keep updated on brand collections, trends, and product knowledge.
• Process transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
• Support with store events, VIP client appointments, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or hospitality.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Passion for luxury products, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
• Well-groomed with a professional and elegant appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of luxury brands and clientele.
• Multilingual skills (English plus another language is a plus).
• Strong networking and clienteling ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
