Engage with HNI, Ultra-HNI & VVIP clients to build trust and secure repeat business. Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends and opportunities. Deliver compelling, personalized pitches and highlight the unique selling propositions of our luxury projects. Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end sales experience. Drive lead conversions and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and activations. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients. Oversee site operations to ensure seamless client visits and a premium experience. Support and mentor team members, aligning with market trends and company goals.
