Roles and Responsibilities : - • Collaborate with the design team and clients to develop innovative and functional design concepts for high-end residential projects. • Create architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other software programs. • Conduct site surveys and analysis to ensure that design plans comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes. • Develop detailed project timelines and budgets, and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction work meets design specifications and quality standards. • Review construction drawings, specifications, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and complete. • Monitor the progress of construction work and make adjustments to the design plans as needed to address issues that arise during the construction process. • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work is proceeding according to schedule and quality standards. • Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including construction drawings, project schedules, and financial reports.
