Job Title: Sales Executive -Luxury Jewellery Retail Sales

Salary: 60,000 to 80,000 Per month

Work Off

Pleasing, Professional and Polished appearance.
Proactive with good presence of mind.
High level of detail orientation.
Flexible to take on multiple responsibilities.
Professional Background & Functional Knowledge:
Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
Extensive experience in personal customer liaison with HNI clients.
Professional experience in a sales role for high end watches and jewellery will be preferred.
Skills:
Ability to hold conversations with ultra HNIs.
Effective communicator. Excellent in written and oral English. Any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
Ability to adaptively perform in an evolving environment
Willingness to travel as per business requirement.
Convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.
Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer.
Build relationships with clients
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist in store operations.
Support in marketing activities by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans and assisting in execution.
