Role Overview: As an Ultra Luxury Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist at ANAROCK, located in Bengaluru, your main responsibility will be to sell residential properties in the Bangalore market. You will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of maximum revenue targets through both mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment within your zone/territory. Developing strong relationships with builders, investors, and end-customers will be essential, along with providing exceptional customer service and expertise in residential real estate. Key Responsibilities: - Sell residential properties in the Bangalore market - Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory - Develop relationships with builders, investors, and end-customers - Conduct intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions and prices - Provide advisory and consultation to customers on marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms - Understand clients" needs and propose suitable solutions - Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values - Accompany customers for site visits, display properties, and manage daily routine calls - Develop a network and engage with various channel partners and brokers to promote sales - Participate in active marketing initiatives and attend industry events and exhibitions - Stay updated on developments in the residential real estate sector and understand the impact of micro and macroeconomics on the industry - Be flexible to travel frequently and be well-versed with Bangalore geography Qualifications Required: - Understanding of the Real Estate Business - Ability to build and handle a strong network of connections - Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends, and CRM practices - Exposure to primary sales - Tech Savvy Additional Company Details (if available): ANAROCK is a leading real estate services company with diversified interests across the real estate lifecycle.
