Luxury Commercial Leasing Manager

As a Luxury Commercial Leasing Manager at Bandra Kurla Complex, you will be responsible for driving leasing transactions for luxury commercial properties, including Grade A offices, boutique retail spaces, and flagship outlets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging with high-end brands, corporates, and premium clients. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and prospective tenants. - Conducting site visits, pitching spaces, and negotiating lease terms. - Understanding and staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. - Working closely with internal sales, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3-7 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the luxury segment. - Strong network with IPCs, corporates, and retail brands. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-savvy.
