Key Responsibilities:

Drive leasing transactions for luxury commercial properties (Grade A offices, boutique retail spaces, flagship outlets).

Identify and engage with high-end brands, corporates, and premium clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective tenants.

Conduct site visits, pitch spaces, and negotiate lease terms.

Understand and stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Work closely with internal sales, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution.

37 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the luxury segment.

Strong network with IPCs, corporates, and retail brands.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-savvy.
