Role Overview

We’re looking for a LRC (Lighting, Rendering & Compositing) Artist with 6+ years of professional experience to join our creative production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for lighting aesthetics, rendering optimization, and final compositing finesse to bring animation projects to life with cinematic quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute lighting setups that enhance visual storytelling and mood
• Optimize scenes and rendering workflows for quality and efficiency
• Composite multiple layers and passes into polished final visuals
• Collaborate with modeling, texturing, and animation teams to ensure consistency across scenes
• Troubleshoot and resolve lighting and rendering challenges throughout the pipeline
• Ensure that deliverables meet project timelines and artistic standards
• Guide and mentor junior artists working in lighting and compositing

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in lighting, rendering, and compositing for animation or film
• Strong understanding of light behavior, color theory, and visual composition
• Experience working within a production pipeline from lighting to final composite
• Excellent eye for detail, realism, and mood setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in episodic animation or feature production environments
• Familiarity with render farm workflows and optimization techniques
• Understanding of color grading, depth compositing, and multi-pass integration
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Lighting, Rendering and Compositing: 6 years (Preferred)
