Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handling domestic and international ticketing, hotel and car bookings, visa processing, passport services, and forex.
Managing bookings through Online Booking Tools (OBTs).
Assisting corporate clients with travel-related services.
Resolving employee queries via email and phone.
Managing Corporate Important Person (CIP) passengers.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry.
Proficiency in GDS platforms, particularly Amadeus and Galileo.
Experience in implant roles is advantageous.
IATA certification is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts and extend work hours as necessary.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local.
