Looking For Linux L2 / L3 Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. System Administration: Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring their stability, security, and
optimal performance.2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Linux systems promptly. Thisincludes diagnosing problems, applying patches, and configuring system components.3. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system health and performance using various tools,implementing preventive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.4. Security: Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, access controls, andencryption, to safeguard systems and data.5. Backup and Recovery: Perform regular data backups and develop robust recovery strategies toprotect against data loss.6. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with system-relatedqueries and issues.7. Automation: Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to streamline routine tasksand improve operational efficiency.8. Patch Management: Apply updates, security patches, and software upgrades to keep the systemsup-to-date and secure.9. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, andtroubleshooting steps.10. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, SAP Basis, andL3/L4 team to resolve complex technical problems.11. Ready to work 24/7 with rotational shift.
