Job Description

Previous experience as an HR Recruiter (for experienced candidates).
Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, Recruitment Portal like Naukri.com etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various methods.
Evaluate applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
Design and implement recruiting systems for the organization
Develop own network of suitable candidates
Handle administration and record-keeping
Work with organizations to develop a recruitment plan
Execute recruitment plans efficiently
Draft and post job descriptions

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Previous experience as an HR Recruiter (for experienced candidates).
A minimum of a bachelors degree in human resources management or a related discipline.

Job Location:

Andheri (East), Vashi, Colaba, Mulund, Nashik
