Purpose of the Role
You will be the bridge between customers and our technical teams, ensuring smooth proposal creation, customer communication, and order coordination—helping convert opportunities into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Study inquiries from multiple sources and prepare Technical & Commercial Proposals (TCS) in consultation with Design & Estimation teams.
• Send proposals to clients and follow up with the sales team until Purchase Order (PO) is released.
• Send PO acknowledgments and Proforma Invoices to customers.
• Coordinate drawing approvals, technical documents, and factory production schedules.
• Track order status, ensure timely dispatch, and prepare final delivery documents.
• Assist in quote comparison and order finalization.
• Maintain accurate MIS and CRM records.

Education & Skills Required

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers welcome).
• Strong analytical & communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
