Overall responsibility for PLC, HMI, drives, robots, sensors, and industrial networks in covering Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Delta platforms.
Hands-on support for HMI systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta) and robots (FANUC, Mitsubishi).
Ensure smooth automation integration of furnaces, presses, conveyors, Manipulators,Robots and all other automations.
Lead automation breakdown analysis, implement permanent corrective actions, and reduce repeat failures.
Maintain PLC/HMI backups, preventive maintenance, and system standardization.
Implement production and downtime data acquisition and interface with plant IT/MES.
Support new automation projects, commissioning, and vendor coordination.
Ensure automation safety interlocks and compliance.
