Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Create fresh sketches, concepts, and innovative design ideas for kidswear and Indian traditional garments.
• Develop new embroidery samples and explore contemporary techniques while maintaining brand identity.
• Collaborate with pattern masters and tailors to ensure flawless execution of customised client pieces.

Production Coordination

• Oversee quality checks of all garments before final approval.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager for timely photoshoots and documentation of all pieces.

Client Coordination & Relationship Management

• Maintain an updated client list and ensure timely delivery of finished pieces.
• Manage and update the client database to support continuous engagement and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to generate repeat business.

Reporting & Planning

• Provide daily updates on completed tasks, pending items, and areas requiring support.
• Contribute new ideas for business growth, including:
• Introduction of new style lines
• Stocking/curating fresh designs

Sales & Brand Growth

• Strengthen social media presence to engage the community and attract new customers.
• Conduct regular competition benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends.
• Assist in generating new orders through networking, social platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
• Support initiatives to increase brand visibility both online and offline.

What Were Looking For

• Strong design portfolio in kidswear and Indian traditional fashion
• Excellent sketching, conceptualization, and embroidery knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Strong coordination, planning, and client-handling skills
• Passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving growth
