Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week.

• Planning and organising production schedules, estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and masters.
• Ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, and ensuring that the production is cost-effective
• Setting the quality standards and ensuring that the finished products meet these standards
• Collaborating with designers, suppliers, masters and client
• Working with the designers and promoters to implement the latest fashion trends into production
• Ordering and purchasing materials and ensuring that stock levels remain adequate
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of equipment and resources
• Conducting quality control checks and overseeing the repair of damaged goods
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of pieces.
• Overseeing shipping logistics and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients

Basic Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of textile and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage large teams and coordinate across departments.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelors degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in apparel/fashion production management.
