Job Specifications

Experience

• 3 to 5 years

  of relevant experience in textile graphic design with strong exposure to sublimation printing.
• Hands-on experience in apparel graphics and production-oriented design work is essential.
  

Education

• Degree or Diploma in

  Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design

  , or a related discipline.

Background

• Experience in

  garment manufacturing, apparel brands, or textile product development environments

  .
• Exposure to sampling, production coordination, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Design & Product Development

• Design

  all-over prints, placement graphics, logos, and typography-based artworks

  for apparel.
• Develop colourways, repeats, layouts, and

  print-ready files

  suitable for sublimation and other textile printing techniques.
• Ensure artworks comply with

  fabric behavior, print limitations, and production requirements

  .

Sublimation Printing Support

• Assist in operating

  sublimation printing machines

  for sampling and production support.
• Perform file setup, colour checks, and print verification to ensure output accuracy and quality.
  
• Support troubleshooting related to

  print output, colour variation, alignment, and resolution issues

  .

3D Mockups & Marketing Creatives

• Create

  realistic 3D product mockups

  using Blender for internal reviews and approvals.
• Develop basic marketing creatives, visuals, and short promotional videos using

  CapCut

  .
• Support product launches, presentations, and internal communication with visual assets.
  

Packaging & Branding

• Design packaging materials such as

  hang tags, labels, boxes, stickers, and inserts

  .
• Ensure all packaging creatives align with

  brand guidelines and product positioning

  .

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with

  production, quality, merchandising, and operations teams

  to ensure timely design approvals.
• Maintain well-organized artwork files, folders, and design documentation for easy access and future reference.
  
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, timelines, and quality standards.
  

Functional Competencies

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel DRAW

  .
• Experience with

  Blender

  for 3D product mockups.
• Video editing skills using

  CapCut

  .
• Strong understanding of

  sublimation printing processes

  and colour management.
• Commercial design sense with strong visual aesthetics.
