Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer for Pathanamthitta - Changanassery region . The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, developing and implementing training initiatives, and coaching sales staff to improve their skills and performance. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, and providing ongoing support to sales teams.

• Previous experience in a sales or training role is a plus
