Job Description

Here s how you ll make an impact:

Coordinate
import/export shipments
including customs clearance and documentation.
Monitor and analyze shipment data to
spot compliance issues
and take corrective action.
Collaborate with freight forwarders, vendors, and third parties to keep the process seamless.
Manage
domestic and international dispatches
, ensuring timely delivery.
Handle
customer orders, shipment tracking, and delivery updates
with accuracy.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
Maintain Management Information System
(

MIS) reports
related to imports, exports, and inventory.
Post Goods Receipt Note
(

GRN) in SAP
without error.
Support cost-saving initiatives in freight while keeping service levels strong.

Required skills and experience

We re looking for someone who can bring both expertise and enthusiasm to the role:

Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in Logistics and Customer Service.
Proficiency in
SAP
(a must!).
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Customer-focused attitude, always striving to deliver service excellence.
Clear and confident communicator, even when handling challenging situations.
Adaptability to adjust quickly in changing situations while keeping solutions in sight.
Analytical skills with the ability to balance cost, compliance, and customer needs.
