Logistics Transformation Manager

As a Logistics Transformation Manager at Eaton in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing various logistics programs and tasks in alignment with the global logistics strategy and priorities. Your responsibilities will include: - Working as a key member of the GSC COE Logistics team, collaborating with global stakeholders and driving Foresight deployment and cost optimizations for Eaton Global Logistics. - Leading and executing logistics projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and closely working with the corporate logistics team on global/regional initiatives and KPIs. - Daily monitoring of projects for variability and effective deployment, supporting new business and program launches, and collaborating with teams to drive process effectiveness and close gaps on KPIs. - Identifying and implementing opportunities for process and performance improvement, supporting the foresight transitions from site to COE, and driving alignment with divisions and corporate logistics regarding projects and initiatives. For this role, you should have: Qualifications: - A degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics. - 15 years of experience in logistics operations and program management. Skills: - Proficiency in TMS, ERP, and other logistics tools. - Excellent communication skills, ability to promote and champion change, and work effectively in a complex, multi-cultural environment. - International experience, customer-centric mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities. - Drive consistency and best-practice deployment, establish regular cadence for improvement in key KPIs, and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams. - Coordinate with IT, COE team, and identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities for productivity enhancements. - Partner with business and regional logistics teams to drive operational data analytics, reporting, and compliance. - Effectively manage international transportation and logistics activities for compliance, streamlining processes, and improving total cycle time. - Support organizational capability building within the function through leadership and functional competency development with close monitoring and mentoring.,
