Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Trainer located in Kozhikode. The Logistics Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions aimed at improving the operational efficiency of logistics personnel. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing training modules, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback. The trainer will also ensure that logistics operations comply with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Transportation Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Excellent Organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding & 3PL Logistics
