Logistics Trainer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs and materials related to logistics topics such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, supply chain optimization, and logistics technology. You will also conduct training sessions, workshops, or seminars to facilitate skill development, engaging trainees in hands-on exercises and simulations. Key Responsibilities: - Assess training needs of individuals or organizations to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions - Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback and tracking performance improvements - Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the logistics field, sharing this information with trainees - Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and participant performance, generating reports for management and HR - Identify areas for improvement in training programs and materials, updating content and delivery methods to align with industry practices and learner needs - Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to enhance the training experience and address organizational requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma - At least 1-2 years of experience in the teaching field - Male candidates only need to apply Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid time off, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
