Logistics Support Team Voice Process Role

You are a Logistics Caller at Zouma Consulting Services, based in Mohali, Punjab. In this full-time role with a U.K. Shift timing (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST), you will be responsible for supporting the U.K.-based logistics operations. As an energetic professional with excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude, you will handle international client interactions confidently and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include making and receiving calls to/from clients and logistics partners in the U.K., coordinating pickups, deliveries, and other transport logistics, confirming, updating, and following up on shipment status with accuracy, handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining records, and updating internal systems with call and logistics details. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of service quality and professionalism during all interactions. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and a confident telephone manner. A basic understanding of logistics and customer service practices is preferred, and training will be provided. You must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Your willingness to work in U.K. shift hours is essential. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in international voice process, customer support, or logistics.
