Logistics Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising outward dispatches of finished goods as per client and production schedules. Additionally, you will manage inward receipt of packaging materials, verifying quantities and specifications. You will coordinate loading and unloading activities, ensuring material handling safety. It will be your duty to verify and check materials received/dispatched against challans and documentation. You will also need to coordinate with the QC team for inspection and clearance of incoming materials. Forwarding bills and related documents to the accounts team after verification will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining proper inventory and stock records in coordination with the stores and planning teams will also fall under your purview. Lastly, you will ensure that all dispatches and receipts are timely, accurate, and properly documented. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma or Graduate degree in any discipline. A minimum of 1-1.5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse supervision, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing, is preferred. You should possess a strong sense of accuracy, calculation, and record-keeping. Good coordination and follow-up abilities are essential along with familiarity with basic documentation and billing processes. The ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline in daily operations is also necessary.
