Handle and coordinate three different types of office loads that arrive daily. Ensure timely follow-up with delivery staff and push them to complete tasks promptly. Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time deliveries. Conduct regular analysis to improve logistics processes. Plan and manage manpower recruitment based on operational needs. Oversee the initiation and execution of daily loading activities. Conduct daily briefings with staff and prepare duty rosters accordingly.
