Description
You will be responsible for the administration of Receiving and warehouse, including the 3rd party managed CP & P.O Warehouse and supervision of 70x contract & 4x Blue collar workmen. Additionally, you will be required to prepare GRNs for local, Imported, and silver materials, ensuring timely dispatch of RC material, record keeping of pending GRN's and RC's, and administering the Milk Van. It will be your responsibility to ensure Safety and Shop discipline, conduct periodic P.I in warehouse and silver stores, handle Industrial Relations issues, maintain House Keeping, and report material handling back to suppliers. Moreover, you will be expected to handle Service Entries and related documentation for the entire plant, engage in PR activities for warehouse and contract GRN employees, conduct Tool Box Talks for contract labor, and ensure the implementation of ISO standards. Your qualifications should include a BE / Diploma in Mechanical/Production with 4-5 years of experience in the relevant electrical industry. Warehouse experience is preferred.
