Logistics Supervisor

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and optimizing the supply chain for cost efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track consignments, and maintain schedules. - Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity and safety compliance. - Manage inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies. - Prepare shipping documents (LRs, delivery challans, invoices) and ensure compliance with regulations. - Optimize route planning and carrier selection to reduce lead times and costs. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements for transportation. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
