As a candidate for this role, your main responsibility will be to follow up with Buyers and End Users to obtain import documents for all Medchem, DMPK, and Biology shipments. You will also be coordinating with Carriers/CHA on shipments documentation. Your tasks will include verifying shipment documents, approving checklists, and sharing shipment documents with Stores for the shipment handover process. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with carriers and Brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments and obtain post-shipping documents. Your duties will also involve maintaining Management Information System (MIS) data related to both Export and Import shipments. You will be responsible for sending the daily import and export tracker to all stakeholders before the end of the day. Furthermore, you will be tasked with collecting Billing/Non-Billable data for all Export and Import shipments. In this role, it is crucial that you maintain Billing data accurately and submit Bills with all corresponding supporting documents.
