As a diligent team member, you will be responsible for following up with Buyers and End Users to obtain the import documents required for all Medchem, DMPK, and Biology shipments. Your role will also involve coordinating with Carriers/CHA on shipments documentation, ensuring accurate verification of shipment documents, obtaining checklist approvals, and sharing shipment documents with Stores for the shipment handover process. Additionally, you will be tasked with proactively following up with carriers and Brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments and obtain the necessary post-shipping documents. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining Management Information System (MIS) data related to both Export and Import shipments. To keep all stakeholders informed and updated, you will need to prepare and send out the daily import and export tracker before the end of each day. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include collecting Billing/Non-Billable data for all Export and Import shipments, maintaining Billing data accurately, and submitting Bills along with all corresponding supporting documents in a timely manner.
