Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage container tracking and cargo operations as part of a global team.
Handle complex stakeholder queries using internal processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot exceptional cases by collaborating with internal departments.
Address carrier and market-related shipment queries.
Coordinate with carriers and shipping lines for booking details.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for discrepancies and operational failures.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and waste elimination.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with strong communication (oral & written) and analytical skills.
13 years of experience in an MNC handling documentation, order/transaction processing, or query resolution.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in shipping, supply chain, logistics, or Salesforce is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
Ability to handle carrier performance calls and collaborate with stakeholders.
Flexible to work in rotational night shifts (Latin America shift) and weekends.
Individual contributor role reporting to the Team Leader.
