Job Description

Role: Logistics Operations Analyst TMS & LCT (Luminate Control Tower)

Key Result Areas

Resolve logistics and control tower issues within agreed SLAs across
ISC, India, APAC, and Africa
regions.
Manage and control operational execution within
TMS (Blue Yonder)
and
LCT (Luminate Control Tower)
systems.
Support, execute, and ensure adherence to processes that enable an efficient
Contract and Invoice Operations
process for Diageo customers.
Identify and escalate operational issues promptly where required.
Utilize internal and external metrics to reconcile, evaluate, and control outbound payments—providing analytical challenge and validation where necessary.
Perform detailed
volume analysis
and calculate
customer invoice amounts
accurately.

Core Skills & Competencies

Proficient in
TMS (Blue Yonder / JDA)
and
Luminate Control Tower (LCT)
.
Fluent in
Business English
(written and verbal).
Highly
numerate and analytical
, with excellent reconciliation and attention to detail.
Strong
problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication
skills.
Ability to identify clear priorities and maintain focus under pressure.
Operates effectively within defined
commercial tramlines
and
business process guidelines
, ensuring efficient and compliant execution.
Solid understanding of
financial accounting
principles.
Experience working with
shared service centers
and global cross-functional teams preferred.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree
(or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
Prior experience in
business finance

, or
supply chain management
is desirable.
