KRA2 VENDOR MANAGEMENT Conduct Driver engagement activities at plant
KRA3 COST MANAGEMENT 1.Conduct route mapping, find out alternative routes and freight and create a database w.r.t. toll master and availability of fleet (sector wise) for plant 2.Revisit leads in line with changes in road routes basis inputs received and validate leads with GPS feedback
KRA4 TRANSPORT SAFETY 1.Safety trainings at plant 2.Implement road safety standard inside Plant and Yard
KRA5 ASSET UTILIZATION Ensure deployment of fleet
KRA6 CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Interface with marketing team to understand depot wise/segment wise priorities wrt plant
