Role Summary

The Logistics Executive will support day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations for the Gurugram region. The role involves coordination with transporters, fabricators, site teams, and the billing department to ensure timely and accurate material movement and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics In-charge in booking transporter vehicles for the Gurugram region
• Coordinate loading and unloading of vehicles from fabricator to project site
• Ensure vehicle weighing at the weighbridge and maintain records
• Prepare and manage challans and other logistics-related documentation
• Plan and review material dispatches as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Participate in dispatch coordination meetings and share updates with management
• Prepare material lists and coordinate with the Billing Manager for invoice and e-way bill generation

Key Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Understanding of challans, invoices, and e-way bills
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and follow timelines
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
