We are looking for someone who is expertise to manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations including documentation, classification, high-value shipment release, and broker support, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists) in compliance with international trade regulations.

2. Maintain accurate records and updates.

3. Resolve discrepancies in documentation and coordinate with internal teams for corrections.

4. Ensure timely processing of all assigned documentation within agreed Turn-Around-Time (TAT).

5. Classify goods accurately using HS codes and tariff schedules for customs clearance.

6. Research and resolve classification queries to ensure compliance with customs regulations.

7. Maintain classification database and update changes as per regulatory requirements.

8. Coordinate secure release of high-value shipments, adhering to security protocols.
