Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including dispatch planning and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle transport arrangements and liaise with transporters for smooth execution.
• Track and update daily dispatch and delivery status.
• Maintain records for inward and outward goods.
• Ensure packaging standards and safe delivery of goods.
• Oversee logistics cost management and ensure cost efficiency.
• Handle customer delivery-related queries and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on logistics performance.
