Logistics Executive Job Description

Job location: Vikhroli west, Mumbai

CTC utp: 20000 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation and warehousing
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers or vendors
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service levels
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
• Prepare and manage documentation for shipments
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and picking of goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain roles (typically 3–5 years)
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
