Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage logistics operations, including dispatch scheduling, vehicle management, and supply chain management.
Prepare export documentation and e-way bills for international shipments.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth import processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor shipment status and track deliveries from origin to destination.
Monitoring of Vehicles performances-Mileage, Maintenance cost, Proper & Efficient loads, GPS tracking and Optimization On Daily basis
Overall Supply chain Management, Shipments Coordination from Production to Delivery for Customers
Maintaining updated records of customers
Knowledge in Preparation of E-Way Bills, E-Invoices, Packing slips for customers based on the orders received and Outward Items Updation,
Knowledge in Export documentation
Maintaining Coordination with the Dispatch Dept for the allotment of Vehicles and Loads setting
Maintaining Coordination with the Driver and Customers for On-time Delivery with Proper Documents.
Monitoring the Stocks Quantity virtually and Giving prior information to Stores/Production/Sales Team to avoid Shortages.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3-8 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
Strong knowledge of export import logistics, inventory management, supply chain management, and vehicle management.
Proficiency in preparing various types of documents for logistics
