About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics cum Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end coordination of our order fulfillment process, from inventory handling and vendor coordination to packaging and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day order dispatches and deliveries- Manage vendor and courier relationships to ensure timely logistics- Track inventory levels and coordinate procurement when required- Handle packaging supervision, quality checks, and stock movements- Maintain accurate documentation for logistics and warehouse activities- Work closely with the operations and sales team for seamless fulfillment- Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in logistics/operations (e-commerce or Gifting industry preferred)✅ Strong coordination and communication skills✅ Basic Excel and inventory management knowledge✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines✅ A proactive, solution-oriented mindset✅ Comfortable with both on-ground execution and backend reporting
