Logistics Coordinator

As a candidate for this role, your main responsibility will be to liaise and negotiate with suppliers and transporters to ensure the timely placement of trucks at competitive rates. You will be expected to conduct matchmaking between demand and supply, utilizing your knowledge of vehicle placement. Building and maintaining good relationships with existing clients will be crucial. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test, along with your ability to make cold calls, prepare bills, and track vehicles while monitoring their progress. Following up on proof of delivery (POD) and handling escalations will also be part of your daily tasks, as well as managing outstanding follow-ups. In terms of qualifications, you should have 0-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
