Logistics Coordinator

You will be working as a Logistics Coordinator to support U.S.-based logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will include coordinating daily freight shipments by communicating directly with American clients and trucking companies. It is crucial to have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting. Your duties will involve coordinating daily shipments between shippers and trucking partners, updating clients on pickup, delivery, and shipment status, and handling calls, emails, and chats professionally with U.S.-based customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining shipment records and data in internal tools/CRM and resolving delivery issues and delays promptly with clear communication. The requirements for this role are excellent spoken and written English communication skills, the ability to work U.S. night hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST), being a quick learner with attention to detail and coordination skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools), and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, etc. preferred). Freshers are welcome, and experience in BPO, logistics support, or international coordination is a plus.
